Key Responsibilities
Drive the development and management of sales incentive plans aligned with business priorities Provide consultative guidance on salary recommendations and compensation competitiveness Define and improve compensation processes and materials for effective program understanding
Required Qualifications
Expertise in sales and incentive compensation within a Total Rewards or Compensation function Experience partnering with Sales leadership and Finance to develop incentive programs Proven knowledge of market pricing, benchmarking, and job leveling High proficiency in Excel and experience with compensation data management tools Self-motivated, collaborative, and results-oriented with sound judgment in recommendations
