A company is looking for an Account Manager - Central Queue (French Speaking).
Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall relationship with the most valuable segment of restaurant customers Resolve customer cases and tasks daily while driving engagement on the platform Share data with restaurants to encourage behavior changes and adoption of services
Required Qualifications
Account management experience with a proven record in consultative selling Deep knowledge of restaurant operations Bilingual in English and French Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent preferred Experience using Salesforce or equivalent CRM solution is a plus
