A company is looking for a Salesforce Non Profit Cloud Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' business processes and document Salesforce requirements Utilize Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Omni Studio to design and implement solutions Create detailed business requirement documentation and serve as a liaison between business and technology teams
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst Salesforce Administrator certification preferred Experience working with Public Sector and Non-Profit organizations is highly desirable
