A company is looking for a Senior Partner Operations Specialist to manage technical escalations and partner issues.
Key Responsibilities
Own escalated tickets from Tier 1 requiring technical depth and drive them to resolution Run live troubleshooting sessions with partners for complex investigations and configuration walkthroughs Document resolutions and contribute to knowledge management to improve internal processes
Required Qualifications
Experience managing multiple complex partner escalations simultaneously Technical fluency with tools such as Salesforce, Postman, and SQL Demonstrated success in a customer-facing or partner-facing role Ability to produce high-quality bug and issue reports with clear reproduction steps Proven ability to perform structured root cause analysis and implement solutions
