Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-quality franchise candidate interviews to drive conversion and maintain brand standards Manage and advance the candidate pipeline to meet conversion and award expectations Maintain ATS and CRM data integrity for forecasting and visibility
Required Qualifications
Experience in phone-based sales, outbound outreach, or high-volume follow-up Strong qualification and objection-handling skills Experience in franchise development, recruiting sales, or consultative interviewing Familiarity with tools like Greenhouse, Zoom, Excel, and Google Workspace Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding conversion goals
