A company is looking for a Director of Market Access - VA and Government Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive reimbursement strategy for VA and Government coverage Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create evidence and value propositions that drive account favorability Monitor policy changes and industry trends to establish best practices for reimbursement strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred Extensive experience in Sales, Market Access, Payer Relations, or Health Economics, particularly with VA and Government Entities Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to influence external stakeholders Deep understanding of Payer/Account requirements and Government accounts Experience in cross-functional collaboration with clinical, product, and sales teams
