Role Overview This Managing Director level role is within the Real Estate Corporate Bank (RECB) team based in Charlotte and New York. The RECB team covers public REITs, national homebuilders, lodging, data center, real estate funds, and service companies, coordinating with the Real Estate Investment Bank team to deliver the full suite of corporate banking products and services.

Responsibilities

Drive business development of clients for Corporate Banking and focus on exposure management, return on assets and overall return on the portfolio.

Determine marketing and business development strategies to achieve target profitability and market share goals.

Monitor client revenues regularly to ensure that set targets/revenue are met.

Lead and participate in business development marketing of Bank of America's capabilities to the client base globally.

Assess clients' needs and work with product specialists to structure and present customized solutions.

Strengthen the Bank's relationship at senior management level with existing
ew clients and improve the profile and penetration of business.

Interact with business partners to offer comprehensive banking product offerings to targeted clients.

Required Skills

Minimum 10+ years Corporate Banking or Investment Banking – preferably in Real Estate Corporate Banking.

Strong quantitative/analytical skills, attention to detail and client focus.

Public and private sector experience.

Leadership skills for both direct team members and affiliated internal partners.

Ability to manage and develop junior resources – both direct team members and with product partners.

Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, 63 & 24 – must obtain SIE, Series 7 & 63 license within 180 days of start date.

Pay Transparency details US - NY - New York - ONE BRYANT PARK - BANK OF AMERICA TOWER (NY1100) Pay and benefits information: Pay range $500,000.00 - $500,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible: Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group, and the overall success of the Company.
