Regional Annual Campaign Director

LOCATION: This position is supporting both Deer Valley YMCA Family Camp in Fort Hill, PA and Camp Kon-O-Kwee Spencer in Fombell, PA and will require travel between the two locations.
The Annual Campaign Director - Region 1 is responsible for working collaboratively with the Association Director of Annual Giving and select Executive Directors to manage relationships with top Annual Campaign donors. This position is also responsible for strategically identifying potential avenues for growth.
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field preferred.
1 year of relevant experience required.
Must have excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
Familiarity with fundraising databases and software preferred.
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle required.
