What You'll Do
Be the friendly voice on the phone, helping potential clients feel welcomed and supported from the start.
Work your organizational magic by gathering intake paperwork from new clients and managing detailed data entry.
Keep our processes running smoothly with your knack for maintaining tracking spreadsheets and following up with physician offices.
Play a key role in client care by verifying insurance benefits and obtaining authorizations.
Uphold confidentiality with the utmost care, ensuring compliance with HIPAA.
What We're Looking For
A high school diploma or equivalent.
At least two years of experience in customer service within the medical or behavioral health field.
Exceptional phone skills and professional, yet warm, etiquette.
Experience with general office tasks and a collaborative spirit.
A strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
A quick learner who can thrive under the guidance of our Office Administrator/Manager.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease.
Reliable, consistent, and always ready to contribute.
Bonus Points
If you’re bilingual in Spanish, that’s a huge plus!
