As a Sales Engineer, you will be part of the sales and marketing department supporting client relationships and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem‑solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:
$110,000 - $150,000
Responsibilities
Promote and sell advanced adhesive materials and equipment to clients across North America, Canada, and Central/South America.
Maintain and develop client accounts by providing exceptional service and technical support.
Assist with installation and servicing of Lintec equipment as needed.
Plan and organize trade shows to showcase products and expand market reach.
Create detailed reports to track sales activities and client interactions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Fluent in Mandarin; conversational in English; Japanese language skills are a plus.
Valid U.S. work permit and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Strong business PC skills, including MS Office Suite, Outlook, Access, and Excel.
Engineering skills, familiarity with hand tools, and mathematical aptitude are advantageous.
