Customer Service Representative
Transdev in Burnsville, MN is hiring a Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and clients. We are seeking friendly, customer service‑oriented people who are dedicated to safety.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or redirect to a supervisor.
Have a comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures.
Meet or exceed established performance requirements.
Document trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times and addresses.
Other duties as required.
Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
Computer literate.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to operate standard telephone system.
Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
Benefits
Competitive pay: minimum $20.00/hour – maximum $23.75/hour (Non‑CBA Position)
Vacation: minimum of two weeks
Sick days: 5 days
Holidays: 12 days (8 standard and 4 floating)
Other standard benefits: 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental and vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, voluntary long‑term disability.
