About the Role

The Company is in search of a visionary and results-oriented Vice President of Product to spearhead its product strategy, research and development, and business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, with a strong focus on innovative R&D in electronics. This pivotal executive role demands a leader with a proven track record in the electronics industry, particularly in managing end-to-end R&D initiatives and owning the P&L for complex, high-impact product portfolios. The VP of Product will also be tasked with setting and executing product strategies that drive revenue growth and market leadership, as well as managing a global team of over 150 employees and fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.

Applicants for the Vice President of Product position at the company should hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, electronics, or a relevant field, with a Master’s or MBA preferred. A minimum of 12 years of progressive product management experience in the electronics industry, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, is required. The role demands deep hands-on knowledge of R&D, technology roadmaps, and the product development lifecycle for hardware or integrated systems, as well as a proven track record in managing P&L for large product lines or divisions. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a strong analytical mindset, and excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Experience in working with cross-functional teams globally is also a key qualification for this executive position.
