A company is looking for a Non-Agency Underwriter.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate loan applications for risks and ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness Calculate qualifying income by analyzing tax returns and financial statements Manage individual pipeline by completing underwriting reviews and communicating with relevant stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience DE, SAR or LAPP certifications, highly preferred 3+ years' experience with Jumbo products and Non-Agency underwriting Experience with reviewing residential appraisals and compliance requirements Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
