A company is looking for an Actuarial Consultant to support client healthcare initiatives through data-driven insights and strategic actuarial expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Support diverse actuarial or analytical projects and ensure effective client deliverables Conduct technical actuarial work and peer reviews, ensuring quality and timeliness Mentor junior team members and collaborate with leadership on complex analyses
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, data science, economics, or a related field ASA/FSA (Associate or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries) designation required 5+ years of healthcare actuarial experience in relevant areas Experience with healthcare databases and data sources Proficiency in building quantitative models using SQL, VBA, and/or SAS
