A company is looking for an Agency Representative (Mid-Atlantic).
Key Responsibilities
Develops and maintains agency relationships while managing ongoing business relationships with agents Prepares and submits agency applications for review and conducts regular reviews of agent operations Plans and conducts educational seminars for agents and trade organizations in coordination with the legal department
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Proven experience in customer service, sales, and marketing Ability to instruct and guide agency personnel in using company tools and submitting reports Experience in preparing agency terminations or cancellations Familiarity with promotional material development Experience in liaising with agents and trade organizations
