A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Global Tax.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the global tax function, including leading and mentoring the tax team Manage ASC 740 tax provision and global tax compliance across jurisdictions Advise on tax implications of new product launches and oversee due diligence on acquisitions
Required Qualifications
CPA or JD; advanced degree in taxation is a plus BA/BS in Accounting or Finance 15+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in international tax Experience in a tech or healthcare company or large public accounting firm Ability to build processes and workflows for sustainable business scaling
