Texas Licensed Tax Director

A company is looking for a Tax Director to oversee global tax accounting and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead execution of global tax operations, including provision and reporting Oversee global ASC 740 process and ensure timely SEC disclosures Develop and mentor tax managers while implementing process improvements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, or related field CPA or MST required Extensive experience in global tax accounting within a multinational public company Big 4 public accounting experience required Deep knowledge of ASC 740 and complex global tax structures
