A company is looking for a Remote Licensed Insurance Agent - Property & Casualty.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with members to assist with quotes, new policies, billing inquiries, and policy changes Build rapport with members by understanding their needs and providing accurate solutions Process insurance transactions while ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required; some college degree preferred At least 6 months of customer service experience required; contact center experience is a plus Must have an Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license Typing speed of 20 WPM with 90% accuracy Solid understanding of insurance compliance and regulatory standards
