Key Responsibilities
Review client-submitted online applications to assess risk and coverage needs Advise customers on appropriate property and casualty coverage, limits, and endorsements Present and explain quotes from multiple carriers clearly and confidently Guide customers through binding and checkout with accuracy and efficiency Deliver a polished, customer-centric experience Manage a high-volume pipeline in a performance-driven environment Work closely with internal teams and carrier partners to resolve underwriting or eligibility issues Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up using CRM and internal tools
Qualifications
Active Property & Casualty license (required) Proven P&C insurance sales experience (personal lines required) Strong understanding of homeowners and/or auto insurance, underwriting considerations, and coverage structures Experience working with multiple carriers and varying underwriting appetites Broker or marketplace experience strongly preferred
