A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support and grow an existing book of business while delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial lines clients, ensuring responsive and professional service Manage the full policy lifecycle, including quoting, binding, renewals, endorsements, and account updates Evaluate client risk exposures and recommend appropriate coverage solutions aligned with underwriting guidelines
Qualifications and Requirements
5 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service, preferably within the insurance industry Active Property & Casualty insurance license required Experience with commercial lines insurance products, coverages, and underwriting principles preferred Proficiency with agency management systems (e.g., Applied EPIC), CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite High level of professionalism with a commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards
