Key Responsibilities
Identify and prioritize high-leverage processes for AI enablement and develop business cases for AI investments Lead the deployment of AI tools and redesign workflows to enhance operational efficiency Define metrics to assess AI impact and present performance updates to executive leadership
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in process transformation, operations, or strategic initiatives in a high-growth environment Demonstrated success in delivering measurable productivity, cost, or quality improvements Strong analytical skills with experience in defining metrics and evaluating ROI Practical familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation platforms Experience in regulated or data-sensitive environments is preferred
