Key Responsibilities
Conduct reviews and analyses of title and survey documents, negotiating revisions as necessary Prepare and draft transaction-related documents, including leases and loan agreements Coordinate closing activities and manage post-closing tasks, including due diligence reviews
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal, focusing on real estate transactions Strong knowledge of title and survey reviews, lease documentation, and real estate financing Proficiency in drafting transaction-related documents and familiarity with entity formation processes Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification from an accredited institution is preferred
