A company is looking for a Network Outreach Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound validation calls to providers to verify demographic details for client networks Contact members regarding preventive health activities and handle inbound service calls Assist provider offices with credentialing issues and maintain call documentation in databases
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED required Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a Managed Care environment Some experience with provider practices in a healthcare setting Knowledge of the health insurance industry Proficient in MS Office products and personal computers in a Windows environment
