Key Responsibilities
Engage with active insurance shoppers via various communication channels in a remote call center environment Utilize insurance expertise to identify customer needs and recommend tailored coverage solutions Convert warm leads into customers using a consultative sales strategy without cold calling
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Must hold an active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license Previous experience in a sales environment is preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote setting Strong understanding of insurance products and services Motivated to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
