Key Responsibilities
Coordinates commercial real estate closings and reviews title documentation Prepares and reviews closing documents and ensures compliance with transaction requirements Provides customer service and collaborates with stakeholders throughout the closing process
Qualifications and Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED required; Baccalaureate degree preferred 3+ years' experience in commercial title and closing Ability to work under general supervision National purchase and refinance experience preferred Experience utilizing ResWare or similar software preferred
