A company is looking for a Renewal Account Executive to drive client retention and contribute to annual revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to manage and grow a portfolio of accounts Present and close renewal opportunities with existing clients through virtual or phone interactions Utilize Salesforce to document sales activities, maintain customer records, and manage forecasting
Required Qualifications
Direct sales experience interacting with clients Knowledge of the Shipping or Mailing domain and carrier solutions Experience selling SaaS solutions, preferably in eCommerce or shipping domains Proven track record in client retention and closing business virtually Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
