Key Responsibilities
Engage with active insurance shoppers through various communication channels in a remote call center environment Utilize insurance expertise to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions Convert warm leads into customers using a consultative sales strategy without cold calling
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Must possess an active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license Previous experience in a sales environment is preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced and remote setting Strong understanding of insurance products and services Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
