A company is looking for a Financial Reporting & Tax Director (LATAM).
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review statutory financials and consolidated financial statements for Latin America Oversee tax compliance and strategy, ensuring adherence to regulations and optimizing global tax positions Lead financial due diligence for global expansion and manage equity administration and valuation processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA strongly preferred 10+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and tax, including Big 4 experience Proven experience in managing global finance operations and cross-border entity structuring Deep understanding of US GAAP with exposure to UK GAAP and IFRS Strong knowledge of equity accounting and administration
