Key Responsibilities
Engage with active insurance shoppers through various communication channels in a remote call center environment Utilize insurance expertise to identify customer needs and recommend tailored coverage solutions Convert warm leads into customers using a consultative sales strategy without cold calling
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Must hold an active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license Experience in a sales environment, preferably in insurance Ability to work independently in a remote setting Strong understanding of insurance products and services Motivated to achieve sales goals and incentives
