Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction for the design, deployment, and lifecycle management of ML and AI models Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and drive advanced analytics initiatives Recruit and lead a high-performing team of AI Engineers and Data Scientists
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred 10+ years of experience in data science or AI/ML leadership, with at least 3 years in team management Expertise in machine learning lifecycle management and cloud-native data platforms Strong understanding of data governance and privacy regulations Experience with Generative AI and large language model deployment
