A company is looking for a Commercial Underwriting Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with agency partners and policyholders regarding billing details and coverage information Process high-volume transactions, including mortgage updates and address changes, with accuracy Review and manage renewal documents to ensure completeness and accuracy
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED; college degree preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance or equivalent education and experience Proficient in data entry and handling customer service inquiries Experience with processing insurance documents and transactions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
