A company is looking for a Chief of Staff, Technology to drive execution and operational rigor across the Engineering and Data Science organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Drive execution and operational excellence by translating the CTO's priorities into clear initiatives Ensure timely progress of key projects across Data Science and Engineering while managing operational cadences Provide strategic and analytical support to inform decision-making and prepare executive materials for leadership discussions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field 5+ years in Engineering, Technical Program Management, Product, or similar execution-heavy roles Experience in high-growth startup environments Strong technical fluency to engage with engineers and data scientists Proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives from idea to execution
