A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Paralegal for Legal Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide executive legal support to the General Counsel and leadership team on strategic initiatives Lead the selection and optimization of legal technology solutions, including CLM and e-billing platforms Manage corporate governance, including entity management and compliance across jurisdictions
Required Qualifications
Active ABA-approved Paralegal Certification is required 7-10 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal in in-house legal departments Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Deep understanding of corporate formalities and operational needs of a private company legal department Demonstrated experience in project management and legal technology implementation
