Support the General Counsel with real estate transactions Prepare and manage leases, lease amendments, and subleases Organize and track large volumes of legal documents
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal Experience in negotiating with landlords Proficient in preparing lease-related documents Ability to work in a remote environment Experience in an in-house legal department or law firm
