Key Responsibilities:
Refine and elevate the visual quality of all marketing materials, including paid social ads and videos Develop and enhance the visual system, including color palette, typography, and photography style Utilize performance data to inform visual decisions and champion AI adoption in design processes
Required Qualifications:
7+ years in art and creative direction with a strong portfolio in performance creative and brand Exceptional visual design sensibility with experience in evolving brand identity systems Experience designing for paid social at scale, understanding the impact of visual decisions on performance Familiarity with video creative and experience in developing sonic branding is a plus Proficient in using AI tools in the design workflow
