Extensive experience as a user researcher with a degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, or a related field Proficient in various research methods such as ethnography, usability testing, and concept validation Adaptable to changing workflows, particularly with AI-driven research tools Ability to build trust and establish context within new teams Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders in dynamic discussions
