Key Responsibilities
Define and drive a research agenda across multiple product areas, identifying high-leverage questions Lead complex research efforts using various qualitative and quantitative methods to generate actionable insights Engage with clients and stakeholders to present research findings and translate them into business strategies
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science, UX/UI, or a related field 6+ years of user research experience on digital products Proven track record of influencing product or business strategy through research Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods Experience in fintech or financial services is a strong plus
