Your Mission - You are responsible for turning potential into performance.

You Will

  • Coach and consult agents to higher production, leverage, and profitability
  • Develop agents using MREA models and KW systems
  • Identify, attract, and onboard talent
  • Create training paths for agents at every stage of growth
  • Serve as a strategic partner to leadership and the ALC

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conduct coaching & consulting with agents
  • Build career growth plans using MREA models
  • Train, teach and consult
  • Partner with Team Leader on talent attraction
  • Identify rising leaders and high-potential agents
  • Create a culture of standards, accountability, and growth

Required Experience

  • Coaching or consulting experience
  • Sales and business acumen
  • Understanding of MREA models
  • Real estate background preferred
  • Track record of developing or growing real estate agents
