Overview
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Business Development Director or VP to lead and expand our partnerships with Video Publishers , Platforms , and Ad Tech partners across North America. This is a high-impact role focused on driving adoption of AudioStack’s AI-powered audio production infrastructure within the video advertising ecosystem.
You will be responsible for accelerating growth by owning the sales process end-to-end—from prospecting to closing—and playing a key role in scaling AudioStack’s commercial presence in a priority region. This role is fully remote, working independently with support from our senior global commercial leadership.

Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and drive revenue generation for the North American region, focused on B2B enterprise sales to video publishers, video ad platforms, and adtech vendors.
- Identify, engage, and close strategic deals with Video Publishers , OTT/CTV Platforms , and Video AdTech partners.
- Manage the full sales cycle with a consultative approach—from prospecting to deal negotiation to onboarding.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet aggressive growth targets.
- Build and manage long-term client relationships with senior stakeholders across the video advertising ecosystem.
- Provide market insights, forecasts, and regular updates to senior commercial leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new client implementations and product innovation.
- Act as a strategic voice in shaping AudioStack’s positioning in the North American video market.
- Help scale AudioStack’s brand presence and commercial footprint across key conferences, events, and networks.
- 5–10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, specifically within the video/digital advertising space (video publishers, CTV/OTT, programmatic video, adtech).
- Demonstrated success in closing high-value deals and consistently achieving sales targets.
- Deep understanding of the video advertising ecosystem , including publishers, platforms, and monetization models.
- Extensive network of senior-level contacts across North American video publishers and adtech companies.
- Strong technical aptitude—comfortable selling and positioning AI-based platform solutions .
- Experience operating independently in a remote sales role , including pipeline management and forecasting.
- Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and energized by working in a fast-scaling environment.
