Position Overview

We have an opportunity for a seasoned Executive Director for a beautiful Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) / Life Plan Community located in the heart of wine country, Sonoma County.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of ED/LNHA experience serving seniors, including those requiring additional assistance.
• History of strong survey results and good tenure.
• Passion for providing excellent care and customer service to residents.

Responsibilities

The ED is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring compliance with applicable company, federal, state, and local standards to deliver the highest quality care and service to residents at all times.
