What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a highly strategic and execution‑driven digital leader to own and scale our direct‑to‑consumer brands.

This role carries full P&L responsibility and oversees all digital revenue channels, including DTC and, over time, marketplaces. This person operates as a true business owner, accountable for driving profitable growth through a seamless, high‑performing customer journey across acquisition, conversion, and retention. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role requires someone who can operate at a high level while staying deeply connected to execution, data, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own full DTC P&L, including revenue, contribution margin, and marketing efficiency
  • Define and execute acquisition strategy across paid media, influencers, affiliates, and emerging channels
  • Drive continuous improvement in CVR through site optimization, landing pages, and full customer journey ownership
  • Lead Shopify roadmap, CRO strategy, and testing initiatives
  • Own retention strategy across email, SMS, and lifecycle marketing to drive LTV and repeat purchase
  • Oversee digital merchandising, including product assortment, pricing, promotions, and on‑site storytelling
  • Develop and scale influencer and creator strategies as core growth drivers
  • Expand digital ownership into marketplaces (Amazon, Wayfair, etc.) over time
  • Own martech stack, attribution, and performance analytics
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to drive efficiency, insights, and growth
  • Build and lead a high‑performing digital team with clear KPIs and accountability

Experience:

  • Proven ownership of a 7‑8 figure DTC business with full P&L responsibility
  • Strong track record scaling revenue while maintaining or improving profitability
  • Deep experience across acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and retention
  • Hands‑on experience with Shopify and modern e‑commerce ecosystems
  • Experience managing cross‑functional teams and external partners
  • Experience with marketplaces (Amazon, Wayfair, etc.) is a strong plus
  • Background in home decor, lifestyle, or visually‑driven CPG consumer brands is a plus

Skills:

  • Strong business acumen with deep understanding of unit economics (CAC, LTV, MER)
  • Highly analytical, data‑driven decision maker
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
  • Strong ownership mindset with a bias for action and testing
  • Excellent communication skills, able to operate at an executive level
  • Advanced use of AI tools to improve performance, workflows, and output
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
