Strategic COO for National Signage Operations

Chief Operating Officer (COO) will lead end-to-end operations across design, engineering, fabrication, project management, and installation for a national architectural signage company. This role is responsible for scaling operational performance, improving margins, and delivering consistent, high-quality execution across complex, multi-site programs.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership & Integration

• Oversee all operational functions: estimating, design, engineering, fabrication, PMO, and installation
• Align workflows across the design → manufacturing → install lifecycle
• Standardize processes across national programs and regional teams

Manufacturing & Production Excellence

• Optimize throughput, scheduling, and capacity across fabrication facilities
• Drive lean manufacturing, cost control, and quality systems
• Improve material utilization, labor efficiency, and on-time delivery

Project Delivery & PMO Performance

• Ensure consistent execution of multi-site and national signage programs
• Implement SOPs for:

Project scoping

Budget control

Change order management

Improve schedule adherence and reduce rework
