Business Development & Relationship Director – Europe (Dublin)

Our client is a leading international provider of corporate, fund, and financial services, with a strong global presence and a network of offices across Europe, the Americas, and beyond.
The Opportunity
As part of our continued growth strategy, we are seeking an experienced Sales & Relationship Leader to join our Dublin office. This is a senior, high-impact role focused on driving revenue growth, expanding client relationships, and strengthening presence in Ireland and across international markets, including aviation leasing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies across key service lines, including SPV administration and private markets
- Drive new business development and expand existing client relationships globally
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, including legal, audit, and advisory firms
- Collaborate with international colleagues to promote capital markets and treasury solutions
- Identify and pursue new opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
- Lead proposals, manage RFP processes, and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
- Monitor market, regulatory, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities
Your Profile
- 8+ years’ experience in business development or sales within financial services or related sectors
- Strong network within Ireland’s financial, legal, or corporate services ecosystem
- Experience with SPVs, private markets, structured finance OR aviation is highly desirable
- Proven track record of building pipelines and converting opportunities into revenue
- Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
