What Will You Do?

As a Director, CXO Experimentation Analytics at American Express, you will establish a prioritized experimentation roadmap aligned to growth, quality, and customer lifetime value. You will partner with CXO stakeholders to align experimentation with strategic business bets and scale modern practices beyond A/B testing. Additionally, you will build a best-in‑class experimentation framework, manage a high-performing team, and foster cross‑functional relationships to drive acquisition growth.
