What You’ll Be Doing:
- Driving proactive engagement with investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders to foster strong relationships and transparency.
- Cultivating and developing relationships within the investment and analyst communities, representing Synopsys at conferences and events.
- Analyzing business and financial fundamentals of Synopsys and its competitors/peers, providing actionable insights to executive leadership.
- Conducting valuation comparisons across EDA (Electronic Design Automation) and other relevant industries to inform strategic decision‑making.
- Preparing earnings scripts, Q&As, supplemental financial documents, and corporate presentations that effectively communicate Synopsys’ value proposition.
- Reviewing SEC filings and participating in Disclosure Committee meetings to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial disclosures.
- Developing and deploying proactive targeting strategies within the department to enhance investor outreach.
- Coordinating events, prep sessions, speaker coaching, and conference logistics/materials for impactful investor interactions.
- Collaborating with other areas of the CFO organization to drive corporate financial strategy and execution.
- Occasional travel to industry events and meetings as required.

What You’ll Need:
- Solid analytical skills and sound business judgment, capable of interpreting complex financial data and market trends.
- Be a collaborative team player, with flexibility based on the needs of the business and department.
- In‑depth understanding of finance, investments, and capital markets.
- At least 13 years of experience in investor relations or related roles, preferably within the software or semiconductor industry.
- Outstanding reputation for credibility, strategic thinking, and ethical standards.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience; CFA and/or MBA preferred.
- Experience in the software or semiconductor industry is a plus.
