This role involves providing legal counsel, negotiating contracts, and managing disputes. Candidates must have a Juris Doctorate, at least 5 years of experience, and be licensed to practice law. Experience in financial services is preferred. The salary range is $130k-$140k, with additional benefits including a 401(k) match and health coverage.
