The Director of Group Sales is responsible for leading, developing, and motivating the Group Sales team to achieve ambitious revenue, rate, and market share goals for the Hyatt Regency Orlando. This role is non-selling and does not have a quota. The primary role is driving the overall group strategy, focusing on revenue optimization, rate integrity, and long-term account development. The Director of Group Sales ensures the hotel maintains a strong presence in key markets, cultivates high‑value relationships, and guides the sellers to execute proactive sales initiatives that maximize compression opportunities and yield growth.
