A venture studio is seeking an experienced Founding CEO to lead a new AI Compliance venture tailored for SEC- and FINRA-regulated firms. This role requires strong leadership to reshape compliance workflows and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in founding tech companies, fundraising, and B2B SaaS sales. You'll have full P/L ownership and a substantial equity stake. This is a full-time role focused on building and owning a new SaaS venture.
