Director of Enterprise Applications and Support

Clark Hill is hiring a Director of Enterprise Applications and Support located in any of the following offices: Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Collin County, TX; Dallas, TX; Detroit, MI; Houston, TX; Philadelphia, PA; Phoenix, AZ; or Pittsburgh, PA.

Responsibilities

The Director will provide strategic and operational leadership for the firm’s application portfolio and end‑user support services.

1. Define, maintain and execute a multi‑year roadmap for enterprise platforms and the end‑user desktop aligned with firm strategy and business needs.
2. Drive modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption, platform optimization, rationalization, and technical debt reduction.
3. Own the full application lifecycle: evaluation, selection, implementation, configuration, maintenance and retirement.
4. Improve internal and vendor‑managed service‑desk operations to ensure responsive, high‑quality service to attorneys and staff.

Qualifications

To be considered, candidates must:

• Have at least ten (10) years of progressive IT experience and responsibility.
• Possess a minimum of five (5) years leading enterprise applications and/or end‑user support in a multi‑site or complex environment.
• Have experience in legal or professional services environments and be familiar with ITSM platforms and endpoint management.
• Demonstrate experience leading ITIL‑aligned support operations with measurable KPI improvements (preferred).
• Hold ITIL Foundation (or higher), PMP/Agile, and relevant cloud or platform credentials.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $150,000 - $225,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience. An annual discretionary bonus is also offered.
