Transportation And Logistics Operations Manager Oversee daily dispatch and routing operations Manage driver schedules, performance, and compliance Ensure adherence to DOT and FMCSA regulations Monitor KPIs including on-time delivery, fuel usage, safety metrics, and cost per mile Lead fleet utilization planning and equipment allocation Collaborate with maintenance to ensure equipment readiness Address service issues proactively and maintain strong customer communication Develop and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and profitability Hire, train, and develop operations and dispatch team members Foster a safety-first culture across all operations 5+ years of transportation or logistics operations experience 3+ years in a leadership role managing dispatchers and/or drivers Strong understanding of DOT regulations and transportation compliance Experience with TMS systems and route optimization tools Proven ability to improve operational efficiency and control costs Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment A growing transportation and logistics provider serving regional and over-the-road freight customers across Texas and beyond.
